OK I'm still confused is there a Shopping Cart Creator Pro or are you talking about Designer Pro ? I had problems using Designer Pro but wanted to try Creator Pro if available. Please give me the link for Creator Pro if available.

Shopping Cart Creator Pro. If we were talking about Shopping Cart Designer Pro, I would say Shopping Cart Designer Pro.
Creator is for building your shop. Designer is for creating your theme to apply to a shop. You asked about sub-categories and to do that you need Shopping Cart Creator Pro (not Shopping Cart Designer Pro).

ok i guess there's no trial software available for SCC Pro, right ? In that case I will open a ticket for the upgrade.
Did you click the large Orange Button at the top that says "Download a Free Trial"?

yes but this is what i installed already standard not Pro.
You have to visit http://www.coffeecup.com/shopping-cart-pro/ and download the trial version of SCCP.
