Here's the code I used.
<iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fprogrower.coffeecup.com/shop/&amp;layout=standard&amp;show_faces=false&amp;width=450&amp;action=like&amp;font&amp;colorscheme=light&amp;height=35" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; width:450px; height:35px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe>

Hi there,
I'm having a bit of a struggle with HTML editor and FB like buttons too :)
I see your page and I see your like button but, what puzzzles me is, if I load that page from the Web into HTML editor the page displays in a total mess! How can you possibly edit that??
This brings me to my problem.
If I add the iFrame code to my main page it works online, displays and operates as expected but, my page is then inaccessible in HTML editor and this is not very useful.
So, I wonder can anyone take a look at my code (don't laugh) and offer an explanation as to why this is occurring?

Page is at
http://www.shake-the-tree.com

and, once the code is added for the Like button I get this in the editor quick view:

Hi James,
The page you loaded was created by Coffeecups Shopping Cart Creator Pro/Shopping Cart Designer Pro and is edited and configured within the applications themselves not with an external HTML editor.

Make sure you have the http: added to the src code for the face book like button.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I just grabbed the scripts created by Facebook and pasted them in. FB gives you some code to paste in the body of the page and some more to pate where you want the like box.. I found that if I pasted BOTH in the footer are under YOUR SHOP-> CUSTOM MARKUP, then the like box nicely shows up at the bottom of every page.

This is the code to use to put the share this widget in your footer--it then shows up on every page--I LOVE it!!!
