Hi All

I'm hoping that you can help. I've just re-created my shop, now the PHP 5 issue is resolved.
When uploading, I got 'Failed while saving products'. I disabled my antivirus (Avast), which didn't resolve the issue, so I uninstalled and reinstalled CCCP.

I am a step further, but every item that's uploading is coming up with "An error while uploading: ftp://[filename]. Not one item is uploaded. Can anyone assist, please?
I contacted my host with the following: "Windows or Linux server, PHP 4.4.7 or higher, cURL extensions, and PHP sessions must be enabled. If you are not sure if your server has these items enabled, contact your hosting provider, and they will be able to assist you." - They have advised they're all enabled.

Many thanks
Terri

I would uninstall Avast and see if that helps.

Hi Scott
Thanks for the message.
I don't really want to be without any antivirus. Would disabling it not work?
Thanks

I personally refuse to ever install any antivirus program on my system as they cause more harm then good. You might want to contact Avast technical support and see if they can provide you with instructions on how to prevent it from blocking SCC.

Hi Scott & Steve

@Scott
