I have SCC Pro Version 3.9, Build #4296. Can it handle digital downloadable products?

If so, I would appreciate someone directing me to a spot where I can loearn how to do this ,...

Thank you

It can't handle it directly yet. I know several users have requested it.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

They turned on the Decade Randomizer for the introduction of this feature...

Many customers have been waiting for nearly a year and a half for this feature; I was one of them. I, however, got tired of waiting and began searching for another solution and found one that gives me the ability to sell tangible and virtual products. It also supports coupons, another feature many customers have asked for.

I've converted two of my shops to the new shopping cart software and have one that still uses SCC Pro. I'm waiting to see what the new version of SCC Pro offers and, in particular, how it will handle virtual products. I suspect, though, that S-Drive hosting will be required, which is something I'm not interested in.

also I'm not interested to S-drive. I have my own server and he'll pay each year is sufficient. I want to be in autonomy. Also I'm waiting for over a year, I am looking for alternatives but I was hoping that SCC pro could have this feature for a long time.
Give us good news about it?

Frankly, I don't think it's ever going to happen!! It's been nearly 2 years since I first started a thread relative to this issue (one of the most read I might add). Very disappointing:(

BookPublisher, I would be interested in what program you are using to address this issue. Coffeecup lead us to believe that this was something of a priority when SCCP first came out, but frankly I no longer believe that claim.

I'm using a WordPress plugin from WPMUdev. You can see how I've implemented it at www.travelbooksusa.com. It doesn't do everything I'd like such as "buy x get x free" or "spend $x.xx and get $x.xx off" and the like. It does, however, fill the need for handling tangible and virtual products in one cart as well as coupon discounts. The price is right, too.

I'm also getting disappointed that SCCP and SCDP seems to have been ignored whereas Form Builder and Animation Studio have had new features, one after another added on a regular basis.

I love Coffeecup software, Scott and the support and sales team have been great but I'm starting to think that the features most needed as people above have mentioned and asked for, will not be implemented any time soon, if anyone at Coffeecup will answer as to when we will see improvements and addons to SCCP it would be greatly appreciated by me and others here, thanks.

I certainly feel your frustration. While it is always our intention to keep releasing updates and add new features to SCC, things just have a way of not working out as much as we would've have liked. I agree that many of our other programs have gotten more attention as of late leaving SCC a bit more behind.

While I cannot comment on when these features will be included, all of us here are extremely aware that these features are needed/required to really make this program the best it can be. We are currently working on a few new products that will drastically change how things are built in all of our programs. When this is released, I think you will be glad it was worth the wait.

So this may not be the answer you like, but I wanted to at least acknowledge that your message was heard.
