Sorry, I did a search but couldn't find the answer to my question. I recently had someone place a very large order (136 items). It had to be broken up into two orders with the first being for 99 items. The worst part is that it dropped the shipping charges from this large order (not a small amount due to weight of record albums).

Hmmm.. didn't seem to be a difficult question. Apparently Coffee Cup truly does not care about this software any longer.

It could be a server memory issue. Did you open a support topic?

I would do as Eric mentions, and do keep in mind that this isn't where you get "support" for the software, this is where other users answer if they have an answer for you. Also there are the periodic times when a post doesn't always show as it should and it gets missed and that's most likely what happened as this is the first I'm seeing your post too. Good luck with it.
