I have Shopping Cart Creator Pro
Am i able to accomplish this with this software or any combination of software in the Coffee Cup stable?
When a customer pays for a document they are given access to an active link to download that document

Not yet. SCCP does not yet support digital downloads, but they say it's coming soon ...

You are able to do this if you don't care if it's automatic or not. The software doesn't have any connection with downloadables yet, but you can still take orders for them and send the links yourself.
