Hi--
I've been trying to upload a bunch of stuff at once using the import csv function. Everything is working finr except if I have anything in the parentcategory field. First thing I did was export a csv from my shop, then added to it. It just won't take anything with info in that one field. Even if I export a working shop, then try to make a new shop importing that same info! Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

I would export your CSV file from the shop then open it in excel. This will insure the proper format is being applied.
