Coffee cup will probably just delete this before anyone can see it.

CoffeeCup advertises that Shopping Cart Creator pro is SEO friendly when in fact it is not, yes it is true it is Search engine friendly, but in no way can you use and utilize SEO tools to make sure everything on the shop pages are optimized for search engine submissions, nor can you include any shop pages in sitemaps, unless possibily you know how to write and create the sitemap yourself from scratch. you cannot check ratings,or compare your shop with compettitors.

Upon contacting CoffeeCup about this, the person named Scott Swedorski that seems to be the one to answer questions acted as though I was an idiot and eventually stopped replying to my support room topic on this matter completely.

BUYER BEWARE that it is clear Coffee Cup knows about this, but doesn't seem too keen on offering refunds for a mis-reprersented product description, much less any REAL, KIND, KNOWLEDABLE support.

As one of the first ever customers of CC to purchase SCC firstly, and then buying the pro version SCCP, with both associated designer programs, and as a total novice apart from previously using Cubecart, and Majento I found CC staff especially Scott to be most helpful, answering my idiotic questions, and steering me in the right direction

3 years hence and TEN'S of THOUSANDS of pounds of orders 100% from Google and Yahoo, Bing etc searches and i have to disagree.

The tools are all there it just takes time patience, and some help from forum members to find the answers . (hence i am now often in the forum helping others in return)

Now that is a blatant lie that Samuel. I replied to you with more information on last Tuesday at 03:41 PM and you never replied back to us, so the ticket was closed. Actually looking at every support ticket you have placed, you never reply back to us.

obviously with his total of 2 whole posts (both of them just bashing posts) he's never bothered to ask for help here on the forums where he'd most likely have already had all the issues working by now that he claims don't work lol.

Funny how many shops are using this software successfully for something that is apparently pure crap to him. Takes patience and the ability to communicate to actually learn new things rather than expecting them to just seep in all the knowledge by osmosis.

Anyways, any more bashing posts and my ban finger may get a little itchy, but do feel free to post again Samuel and see just how many replies "supporting" not only CC software, but also Scott and all the effort and work he and his team do to keep us happy.

Not every single feature can be added spot on when you expect it, and many times unforeseen issues happen that slow the process down for adding new ones. I and a good handful of users here help test many of the software programs for CC and I can guarantee you they bend over backwards to attempt to add almost anything we ask for in if they can. If it's not there yet, it's because there's some reason that is stopping it, it's not because they are lame, lazy or don't care, that much I can guarantee you.

But... do post again... my ban finger hasn't had a workout in at least a few months now... come to think of it... that says a lot about these forums too lol. Any other forum I work with I ban multiple users on daily so yeah....

Firstly, SEO can not be completely done by a program, it takes users and program to do. I am sorry if you do not possess enough skill to incorporate SEO into your site... But I will give you a link that could help you learn what you should do and not be lazy and depend on a program (that is SEO friendly) and do some work yourself...

Secondly, I would suggest against coming into a forum and opening bashing on person. Just because you believe you were treated wrong. Not to mention that Scott Swedorski that you so easily through under the bus, is one of the best members of this company. He has done more, interacted more, and just had a all around good attitude toward all of the customers I see him interact with.

It is far from helpful to slag off. Re: SEO, there are many techniques which need learning. I create site maps using the CC SiteMapper Tool across a number of sites. Also, you have to to be canny about your MetaTags and body of text in the Product description et al.
