Where do I go to change the verbage "Shop Home" that comes up on the home page??

In the line of icons up the top of the application interface you can see, over towards the right, the one for PAGES. If you click on that, a box will appear over on the right with the page names. Double click on the one you wish to change and a little "edit name" window will pop up. Edit, confirm and close. And , voilà!
