I purchased this product and the cart creator after using the trial. I have created a theme using a custom header and footer. I have two issues I need help with, if someone would be so kind.

1) How do I change the position of the search box. I want to move it down into a space that is at the bottom of my header. I also want to move the text links next to it..

2) For some reason I can't get rid of the black border around the footer and the page title. Any suggestions?
