For this type of setup your going to probably want a form in your shop for people to submit their order. I found one site that has it as a popup.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

THANKS: This not what i wanted.

1. I need COD= cash on delivery. This just a simple coding that can be integrated to SCCP. This is just to notify me by mail that the buyer is paying cash and nothing else.
Buyers don't like filling forms. Even if you can do everything for them, they dont mind. And also getting money from them for what they want is another thing.
The analysis is ( BUY + CONFIRMATION OF ORDER + WE SUPPLY + GET PAID) = COD

2. CREDIT CARD: we have many credit card company in sweden. Swedish will always want their own company and not from any where else. This is because they know they will pay tax to the government. I have PayPal on our site but swedish people will not use it. Even when we have paypal in sweden.

So, the issue is not about web form. ( i have a complete Coffe Cup package and also Planning to get the IOSversion for my mac.)

PLEASE CAN SOME ONE OTHER PEOPLE HELP.

Hiya Jeqzyd,

Unfortunately you have already gotten about the only answers that can be supplied as the program Shopping Cart Creator(s) are not equipped for any type of COD. If you hve the program or are trialing it, you can look to see what payment options are available. That's all there is at this time and the only thing that we can suggest you do is put a post in the Suggestions thread for SCCP to include this. I believe I have seen maybe one or 2 others ask for a COD and Pickup type setups, but not many have so I don't know how receptive they will be on it, but it doesn't hurt to suggest it.

Other than that, the only way you can do this is how Eric already suggested. Use a form. Turn your shop into a Catalog instead of a shop and put a page with a form on it. Include your products in a drop down list and have people choose them for ordering. Have them fill out their information that you need and submit it. This will alert you that someone wants an order, that they are looking to pay COD (which you can have a dropdown for payments options setup) and soon the Form builder will have payment options themselves incorporated so you can take full advantage of both SCCP to use a Catalog shop (this is a setting it he SCCP program) and the Form builder to carry out the orders.

Bout the best you can do for trying to handle COD orders.

I would have to agree... The only way at the moment, would be a form. It only has to be a simple form... It could be about three lines long, name address and item # is all that is needed.

I have a lot of customers who would like COD or invoicing options on their orders. If Coffee Cup Creator Pro is serious about working in the shopping cart environment then the COD and invoice option is a must have. Please keep me posted on when we may see an invoice option added to the cart.

Cheers

Martin

Martin, this is a user forum although the CoffeeCup gurus check in from time to time. The best way to keep track of what's going on is to subscribe to the newsletters. Go to your name at the top right of the page, then scroll down to Your Profile and click. Then select the option for 'Subscriptions'. Subscribe to the newsletters you'd like to have.

Or you can simply go to your support room and submit a support topic to CoffeeCup to get a more direct answer.

Bump, I want this option also :)

REPOST FROM OTHER POST:
Funny, I came here looking for this answer.
I have been turning away clients because this program doesn't allow for pickup option or submit order form (having the shopping cart create a order form and email it to me, just need to collect some basic info [name, email, phone, adress] ). This would also help for people who like to mail a cheque.

I know I can do shopping cart with catalog and then direct to a form but that is a huge amount of work for me to setup and client to maintain....really hoping update comes soon....this software is a money maker for web designers.....and there clients, which draws even more business for us ;)

Hello, Dear coffee software stars :)

I see its been a while (Nov 18th,2013) the last post for this feature.

I have this wonderfull program and guess what ? I cant use it and thats a shame cos its so easy, lovely and gorgeous.
So I had to buy another program, it worked for several time but when php is doing an upgrade most of the shop is'nt functional anymore so you have to buy another upgrade...well i'm tired to watch every day the shop is working well and to discover it is'nt en I am tired to search the whole net for a new one ...
I dont like the online shops with monthly paiment ...
I live in Europe and europe is not Paypal, google check out or somzthing else like! I wish they where but there not and there is nothing that's gonna change that.

I only need a confirm by email what the costumer ordered
Costumers pay with there own bank, they want controle of there money tranfers. You cant say open an account, they just dont have faith in it. I'm sorry but thats the way it is.

Can you pleeeeaaaaaaassseee :) wright a little code that I have to place in the program :):):):) (thats my best smile)

Thanks anyway and enjoy the world cup !

(we are the red devils from belgium) ;)

Hey Linda, why not use CoffeeCup Shopping Cart Creator PRO (since you say you like it!) and publish your cart as a 'catalog'? Then use cc Web Form Builder to create an order form. Take orders via the form, then direct bill your customer. Ship their order upon payment. Is that a solution you are looking for ??
