Can we install two shops on one...
I would like to install another shop on my domain, basically this will be another language version.
Would there be any conflict? Obviously I would install into two sub-folders
1. existing shop mysite.com/shop
2. new shop mysite.com/estore
If this is possible, are there any tweaks to make to the installation process?
I seem to remember that the old SCC had problems making two shops and you could only have one set of Your shop details. I know that the ability to set up several shops was one of things we all wanted in the new version. Has this been addressed in the Pro version?

Yep that is easy to do with the pro version now. You need to save two different versions of the shop on your pc so they are completely separate and publish each to its own folder on your web hosting. You will then have two totally separate shops on one domain,
You can have an unlimited number of shops on there and you are only limited by the amount of web space (and traffic) your hosting company allocates you.
You can have more than one shop with most carts, the only limitation normally being the number of mysql databases you are allowed with other (non CC) carts on your host.

Thanks.

You'll probably know the answer to my other post about renaming my existing folder - will go back and check...

Therein lies the problem, they don't have the strong work ethic of the modern European culture. I work 26 hours a day, 8 days a week, but they all want to go home at three in the afternoon... lol
