Is there a way in SCCP to turn off the price and add to cart button for selected products? One of my vendors does not want us pricing items on the site but I want to include the product line on my site with a "Call for Pricing" Heading and no add to cart button.

Yes you can change these settings. Goto "Your Shop" at the top menu then to General tab. About half way down there is a Publish as Catalogue option. Just put the radio button on it and republish the shop. This will take all the shopping cart options away and you will just have a displayed catalogue.

For specific products there's no way within the app but you can try this method.

You would set the inventory to 0 and hide the sold out.
