I am unsure when this occurred, I just noticed as I was making a few changes that ALL bullets that had originally been displayed on the site were missing from my live site. When I opened Shopping Cart Creator Pro the bullets had been replaced with squares indicating unknown characters. I have replaced (painstakingly) some to see if there was a glitch and the ones I have replaced in the program uploaded and displayed fine. I am not sure how, why, or when this happened.

Is there a way to do a search and replace rather than one-by-one throughout the entire shopping cart product list?
Using a hex editor, it seems all of the 95h (bullets) were replaced with 00h (unknown) characters.

I don't have an answer for you, but I'll try to gather more information for those that might:

1. What did you use to insert the bullets? Was it an image or a text character?
2. Did you copy and paste the bullets (or any other part of the page) from another source such as directly from a website, MS Office programs, etc.? Sometimes that will contain hidden characters and many times messes up the text on the page of the cart that you pasted it on. When pasting items from another source you should always paste them into a plain text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++ etc prior to putting them into the cart or any other web editor.
3. Are these inserted directly into the text area or did you use the HTML Tool to insert them?
4. Last but not least, the most important question of all.... got a link?

Someone else I think had problems with bullets too. Think it came down to DPI settings. Make sure your zoom is at 100% (96 DPI) in all browsers.

The problem is not a browser issue. The browser does not show them because Shopping Cart Creator (SCC) Pro does not recognize them any longer. I recently uploaded the whole site because my ISP apparently rolled back or restored the site to one that had incorrect (old) inventory. This may be when the problem occurred but did not notice it at the time. I've attached a file that shows how SCCP looks.

In the past I copied and pasted from windows character map ALT-0149 (•) or pressed ALT-7 (•). As I do again and upload, the browser shows them. Somehow SCC Pro Details lost this character. Any idea why or a quick way to replace all unknown characters in the details with the bullet throughout the entire inventory?
