Hiya Norma,

Do you have your images uploaded at all? If so, try entering the path to the image in the browser to see if you can see it. I'm thinking that you just don't have the right web address to your images if you're doing what I said earlier, as that is pretty much all there is to adding an image. I believe there's an image tool for it, but I haven't looked at the program in a while so I'm not 100% positive on that. Either way though you'd still need the actual url to the image to make a link. If you can get to that far then it would be much easier to tell you the code you need to enter for the images.

also if you have a link to the store and the page in particular you're trying to add the images on (especially if you already have the setup there that isn't working) we can help much better by seeing what is actually there on the page for the code :)

Hi Jo Ann,

I read your post and decided to give this one last try this weekend. One way or another your suggestion that I check the url of the uploaded pic worked! Here's how:

The pic was uploaded to S~Drive storage for this website. I pasted the url in the browser window ~ like you suggested ~ and sure enough the photo came up.

I pasted the exact url [ did this yesterday too ] and tried it inside the center tags. That did not work so I went to an html school site ~ ~ I happened to think that maybe an image source tag was needed.

using the html tool I copied and pasted :

<img src="your pic's url" alt="your pix text"/> using the url of my picture etc.

It worked!

I had been testing this using a smaller site I am working on ~ for faster preview. But the page I want to place it on is my home page below. You can see there is a lot of text and I would just like to jazz my static pages up a bit ~ as jewelry is pretty darn competitive. They have to see sparkles and fast lol!

Now, the picture is the wrong size but I can work on that and even create shots for the pages in question this week! THANK YOU !!!:D:D:

Over another hurdle ~ albeit a simple one for most people ~ and Viv got me to increase my thumbnail sizes. Thank you Viv! Now on to fonts, like Rolly suggested earlier ~ I had to work on one thing at a time. Best of all Scott won't have to come to my rescue again

Thanks to all who helped,

You're quite welcome, and don't belittle your accomplishment, I hadn't thought about giving you the actual image tag code lol, I for some reason truly was thinking there was an image button for putting images on the page, but I must be wrong or you aren't seeing it, not sure which is right LOL. Grats on getting it working, good job! :)
