I have added products to my SCCP & now want to add shipping cost. As i use drop shippers,some of my products will have a fixed fedex cost for the lower 48 states & some are weight based plus handling cost.
My question on the fixed rate shipping is if first product is $16.50 and customer wants to buy 2 of same product. How can i set a lower shipping cost on the second item. I normally charge $10.00 additional on each additional item. Also is there a way to add a surcharge on a fixed rate shipped item if it ships to Alaska or Hawaii?
If this is not feasable in SCCP, is there an addon software for shipping to make this possable. I plan on using paypal to accept payments. going to use the upgraded paypal so buyers never leave my site. If SCCP does not have any way to set lower cost on additional items, does the paypal payment program have a way to do this?
any suggestions would be helpful.
