I'm putting together a very small shop - only 4 or 5 products all on the main page. Is there a way to get rid of the sub-categories menu (or keep it from showing)? I checked 'show nothing' in the options available in the Cart Creator Pro, but it's still there, so am I missing something in the Designer Pro settings?

Hi Paintbrush. Did you try on the pages tab setting the "Shop Home" "Show only products".
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Can't find anything in the Help pdf..... I guess this is really over-kill for such a small shop, but the client wants a separate store rather than a product page in the site with buy now buttons. There really isn't anything that could go into a sub-category.

Looks like the category is built in to the shop to always show. I bet we would have more users posting how to make them show then turn it off if they had control of it.

Would Google think it was shady if I made it the same color as the background? I think it will be confusing if people click on it and it goes nowhere - they'll probably think something's broken. Or maybe I should re-name the link "nothing here!"

Try checking
"Shop Home"- Show products- In the drop down select All Products
Categories Page- Don't show anything.
This will at least get the products with the "Add to Cart" on the Homepage.

I wondered who Rolly was There are only 2 products so far, and they're both on the home page.
Had to take a break... will get back to the cart later and check those settings.

I changed to my middle name (Callie) some time ago because of a similar work situation - manager and 2 asst. managers all with the same name

paintbrush, if I'm reading this correctly, you would do this in the SCC/SCC Pro, not in Designer.
I have categories with no sub categories. In your shopping cart, just make sure you put the products under "Category", and make sure you don't add any subcategories in your shop.
If you've put the products in a subcategory, just drag them to the main Category, then delete the subcategories.
