Hi,

I just tried downloading a trial of Shopping Cart Designer Pro but it doesn't like my OS which is Windows 7 - 64 bit. Is there a version that will run on this OS?

Thanks.

I am using the shopping cart on Win7 64bit without any issues at all.

I would have thought there wouldn't be a problem either...considering your software. This is the first time I've ever had such a problem...on a brand new computer to boot. I shall try uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks.

I figured out the problem. The file didn't download completely so didn't install properly. I'm showing only 99% on the download.

After 5 tries, I can't seem to access the trial version of Shopping Cart Designer Pro. My connection, etc. all seems to be working on my end as I've no problem either downloading or uploading different files.

Could it be a problem with the link or the server on CoffeeCup side of things?

Thanks.

If you tried downloading it five times and cannot get a complete install, then contact customer support. Its located at the top of your page under account.

Before contacting CoffeeCup CS I decided to try another browser and sure enough, I was able to download the file. Blame it on MS IE and user error, I guess. This system is new, but completely tuned up with latest drivers and software...so who knows?!

Thanks for your suggestions and help. Now I finally get to try the software out :D
