I will try that during lunch break. Just one reminder: I'm using the fresco theme not the one you specifically showed in your screenshot. That was my bad. Lol. So, even if I upload a picture in the designer it won't show up unless it is the logo? Because that one does show up. I'm not sure if I get it right now from the understanding side. Lol. But I will just do later what you adviced me to do Scott.

There are many different kinds of images you can adjust in Designer, so it just depends on what specifically you are trying to change on how it will work.
For the cow that you wanted to replace, that is a background image, so if you have not added any text to the Shop Home page, then that image will not display until you do that.
