My primary issue is making forms embedded in my secure website (https://innsport.com) and published on my S-Drive (themotionmonitor.coffeecup.com) secure. I assume it requires having an SSL certificate on the S-Drive domain. However I am having trouble understanding some of the documentation as it pertains to SSL certificates and domains.
https://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles … rtificate/ is clear and states "Sites that utilize HTTPS have data that is encrypted and secured. Both *.coffeecup.com and custom domains hosted with S-Drive can easily apply this feature within the S-Drive Dashboard."
However, when I go to the Manage Domains Dashboard, themotionmonitor.coffeecup.com displays as an alias rather than a domain. And if I check availability of themotionmonitor.coffeecup.com, it is not available. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks Eric, however responsive their products are, I can't say the same for support!! In anycase, I wanted to share what I found. I was able to suppress the message simply by modifying the file path and replacing "http" with "https" in the body of the webform. I don't know if the form is actually secure or not and I don't understand how it is acceptable in the absence of an SSL certificate but it works!

If your site is https you need to have all iframes and scripts be https. That's a browser issue not a CC issue.

Lee, if you want to check whether your site is HTTPS, hover over the Services menu item on the Coffeecup site, select S-Drive settings. There you should find out. If it is not HTTPS, you can make it so. This applies to both domains and aliases.
