Thanks you! You know, I do that a lot :D I think Eric has helped me there too. I'm still blaming the drugs.

Randy, take a look at this test site on S-Drive... http://gunsmoke.coffeecup.com

This what you looking for??

Free.

Email me from the web site in my signature if you need more information.

Not quite EXACTLY, as I didn't want a registration system, but simply to protect a single PDF doc for those we have issued usernames and passwords for after reviewing the request. HOWEVER...poppydog.com had the exact tool I was looking for...free, quick and easy to implement - although not necessarily boiler plate. But it'll do until .htaccess and WAM is supported on CC, and the doc I'm protecting really isn't that critical to National Security ;) Thanks a heap! You saved me a bunch of time...take a tip out of petty cash.
Here's how it's implemented right now: http://www.bellboycorp.com/downloads.html
Note: used HTML Editor and Elegance theme, Web Form Builder to pop-up the registration request, Website Color Schemer to get the colors off their old site. The I-stock pics we bought were edited using Photowizard app on my iphone and it's now being hosted on CC's S-Drive. Are these guys great or WHAT?!
