New S-Drive Webbie Storage Downgrades

What's up with the storage for current Webbie plans being dropped from 6 GB to 3 GB? I have no problem with changing storage size for future purchases, but just feel customers who already purchased the plan should be grandfathered in for what was advertised to them. Below is a cut from an CoffeeCup email advertising the plan.

Want to know more about the Webbie package? Here's what you’ll be bragging to your friends about:
• 3 custom web addresses — like yourname.coffeecup.com
• 10 contributors per Stream, so others can email updates to your website on the go
• 6 GB of web storage space (6 billion bytes-o-fun!)
• Free technical support
• Enhanced Stream statistics — see total views, traffic sources, and stats on specific posts

<sarcastic>Let me guess, I got a free upgrade to the new Pro Webbie plan.</sarcastic> :)

I just upgraded to Shopkeeper. Now I have 2 more addresses and 1 GB less of storage than I had last week. At least I can put 7 extra forms up now. :)

Thanks Scott! I already changed plans, so I don't expect any more storage(unless you just feel generous .. LOL), but was just stating that on the principle of the thing. I would however like to find out why my Ambassodor status keeps reverting back to registered user if you get a chance.

Scott
What is the resolution of the storage limit being reduced from 6gb to 3 gb, presently I do not intend to change plans, and though I am not close to filling my storage was surprised by the reduction.

Getting slow there Scott... 3 years ago you'd have had the answer before the question was even asked (heck, before it was even thought). :D:D:lol::lol::cool::cool:

We are looking into the best way to solve this, but you are correct that you should be grandfathered in. Give us a day or so to figure out how to address it. I'll post back here when we have a solution.
