Is support teams for s-drive customers independent of support for the software which times out? If I have timed out software support do I still have S-drive support anyway because of active s-drive account?

I think your best bet would be to ask CC directly.

My thinking is that the actual S-drive support is independent of any apps, but if you ask for support for an app that has timed out, regardless of whether it is on S-drive or on a different server, you might be told that you need to upgrade/update the app to get the support. But, as I said, this is my thinking, it may not be that of CC.
