When you get to C, click on "Go to Dashboard" , upper right under the Coffee Cup menu tabs.
I passed that a few times myself.

Hi paintbrush,

I can't see any "Go to Dashboard" option, so I don't know what you mean.

Hi paintbrush,

As you are now in forum, just click on the S DRIVE tab in your cc heading above

and when it opens initially, about 1/4 way down page, near far right is long eliptical icon tab thingy that says dashboard

click on that

if you cant see it from here i think you may have a browser issue

Hi Viv and paintbrush,

Thanks for your help, but there is still an issue for a user trying to find that plan price page, and under exactly these circumstances (as I was yesterday before I signed up for an S-Drive Freebie account)

1) I have a login to the CC website, because I use a few products.
2) I don't have an S-Drive plan of any sort
3) I open www.coffeecup.com
4) I 'Sign In'

** remember at this stage I don't have an S-Drive account, so the "please select a xxxx.coffeecup.com" dialogue is still visible on the S-Drive page, NOT "Go to Dashboard" **

5) I click on the S-Drive tab
6) I don't want to sign up for an S-Drive account yet, I just want to look at the price of plans, SO...
7) I click in the My Plan tab.... the result is the same as if I had clicked on the Overview tab

It seems to me that for those users who have a CC sign in, but haven't selected a domain.coffeecup.com url yet, the "My Plan" tab should still say "Plans and Pricing" rather than "My Plan". It should also not do nothing when it's clicked. Otherwise, a vital piece of information is missing, namely, pricing.

CC may have chosen to do this differently for a good reason, this is just my opinion, for what it's worth.

Cheers,

Andrew

Sorry, Andrew – I thought you were trying to find your account info. I just tried going to Coffeecup on a different browser (where I'm not logged in), clicked SDrive and there was a tab for plans & pricing. So it seems you have to be not signed in to go straight to that page. :)

I'd like to add, Google ratings and page indexings are affected by a "redirect" of a domain name to a different domain name. What needs to happen to help your SEO is that the DNS entry points directly to an IP address that is your web site.

Lots of Apache server admins set up virtual hosting, that is, multiple web sites at the same IP address and it parses the http request to know which web site to show.

Perfectly fair. But if you have a domain whatever.com and then you have your hosting service forward to whatever.coffeecup.com Google analytics won't even attempt to rate or index your pages.

I know, I've been there.

That is exactly how it works with us. You CNAME your domain over to an IP address on our sever. That then loads your S-Drive account.
