Submit form with RLM designed button...

Trying to make a RLM button on my page, submit an order form. Here's the page where the problem is . . .

http://www.brosepianoservice.com/sparky-test_2.html

Scroll down to where it says, "Order Pro Figure 'Sparky', near bottom of page. On the right column there are 3 buttons, as I am testing things trying to get it to work. The first button (says 'Buy Now') is a photo. The second is the standard submit button (say Pay Deposit $250) that's generated when you make the form and submit code. The third one is the RLM generated black button and the one I want to get to work properly.

The first two buttons work properly. You click on one or the other of those, and it hesitates for a few seconds and then goes to the shopping cart as it should.

On the third button (the black one), if you click on it, it immediately jumps to the top of the page, hesitates a few seconds (at least on my computer it does), and the finally goes to the shopping cart. Its not supposed to jump to the top of the page like that. Disconcerting and confusing for the customer trying to order.

I got the OnClick code from a Google search. So my questions are, how can I get it to stop jumping to the top of the page? The OnClick is Javascript. But I've heard its better not to use Javascript these days? Is there another way to do what I'm trying to do, which is basically making my nice RLM black button submit the form. Should I be using a regular button from RLM instead of a RLM button link like I have?

Thanks for any help you can give on it.

The both the gray and the black button take me to the same puppets and props asking country to ship and postal code.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hmmm...... my internet connection is a little slow here out in the rurals. I'm guessing that's why I'm see the it jump to the top of the page before going to the opening page of the cart (asking country to ship and postal code).

Can you tell me if the black button with the Javascript will be reliable? Or would it be better to use the standard submit button (the gray one)? I just like the look of the black button much better.

Thanks for looking Eric!
