This is because you have a Max-width of 200px set on the image.
Open RLM and double click the image in question. Change the Max-Width setting to match the actual width of the image which is 468px that will provide you with what you are wanting to accomplish.

Not in what you uploaded. It is set to 200px.
If you can attach your .rlmp file by zipping it up I will take a look, but I can only go by what you have uploaded.
