I am trying to create a page (or really a section of a page) with a left and right column. The left column span is 3 and the right column span is set to 9. In the right column I want a paragraph to be the width of the column. Below the paragraph, I'm trying to place another left and right column to put an unordered list in each one. Hi Michael,

If I understand you right what you need to do is set a break-point where you want the sections to drop below each other. To do that what you want to do is at the break-point Select the Purple column and goto the Layout tab and set its colspan to 12. Then select the red section and goto the layout tab and set its colspan to 12 as well. This should give you the desired effect.

Hope that makes sense. Let me know if not and I will create a short video to show you how to do this.

Thanks for responding. I tried what you suggested. When the window is maximized the bright purple and red section are below the darker purple section on the left. When the window is minimized to the narrowest width all the sections are displayed correctly. I'm attaching an image that I hope clarifies what I'm trying to do.

Ill put together a video and see if that answers your question. Can you attach your rlm file and I will show you.

The more I stalk this forum the easier things get and I think in a while I'll be able to create my own layout.
