Here is what we see in Chrome/Firefox:

This might be related to your other issues we are talking about in your support ticket. Try opening that HTML file on your other computer and see if it works. Another thing to try is upload the email.html file to your server and try accessing it online. See if it renders correctly there.

Am on my laptop (Surface Pro 3) machine which 'solved' the other problem, but both this laptop and my desktop are rendering the same way as is an ipda and an iphone.....

have uploaded the email file here http://www.motley.site/coffee/email.html

I have checked in Firefox, chrome, IE, Opera, edge and they all render it the same way...Safari goes off at the deep end and its even worse in that....

As I said, ipad and iphone do the same as my Windows based browsers

We have identified the issue Jamie and it is related to the Windows version of RED. We have fixed the issue and hopefully we can roll out an update later next week.

thats great news...glad its been pinpointed

I'm afraid your temp workaround doesnt seem to work: http://www.motley.site/coffee/view_source_version.html

It isnt showing any styling. I hit preview in the app, and then viewed the source of the resulting browser page and then copied that source and pasted into notepad++ and then saved as the .html

The temp issue will not work either as a work around unfortunately.
