Hi,

I've been struggling to find out why Email sent from a Web Form Builder form is not getting sent, only to find that the source of the problem stems from Responsive Email Designer.

I am using the Business version of RED.

Embedded in the HTML for file "email.html" produced by RED is the following:

<![if !mso]><!-- --><img=
style=3D"width:1px; height:0px; max-height:0px; display: block;" src=3D"ht=
tp://sdrive-storage.s3.amazonaws.com/red-resources/551adef18a0520/00764709/=
blank.png"><!--<![endif]-->

The "sdrive-storage.s3.amazonaws.com" is resulting in the Email being triggered as SPAM, and therefore it is not being delivered.

The following is an excerpt of the "Mail delivery failed" Email that is received after configuring Web Form Builder to use an address with a mailbox behind it:

550 A URL in this email (sdrive-storage . s3 . amazonaws . com) is listed on https://spamrl.com/.

Is there anyway in RED to setup the URL for blank.png, so that a trusted URL can be used instead?

Or do I have to resort to manually editing the HTML to a URL that will host the same image?

I look forward to your feedback.

Regards,

Roland Skinner
