Been trying the demo version - love the interface and the ability to edit content however one major question ....

Created the email and exported however once sent it behaves like a standard design meaning no responsiveness in Outlook, Gmail, Windows Phone or Android. Am I missing something on the export? The HTML file it generates is responsive in browsers.

Using Critical Impact to do the testing.

Hey John

I have not used Critical Impact before. Have you tried with MailChimp or Maindrill? If not, they both have free plans. You might want to give it a test run through them to see if that fixes your issue.

We have a great article to read over How to design a Responsive Email for the Top 10 Email Clients which will help you understand what properties are supported and which are not. :P

After reading the above and you still have issues, post a link to your RED project file and we can look over the settings and see what is going on.

This is a great tester that I am very happy with using for testing my responsive emails. I do not have any devices to test them with so this is the next best thing.
