Quick questions for starting my RED...

I have many, many WFB forms I use in SD. Forms have Confirm and Notification emails.
I don't plan on using RED emails for anything right now but composing emails that are sent to users of my SD website. No MailChimp-like things right now.

1. Any limitations during my trial period? Things like number of emails I can compose and use?
2. Can I use same RED email for Confirm and Notification?
3. Do I need to use separate folders for Confirm and Notifications when exporting to WFB?
4. Is my CoffeeCup account used during email/form processing? Any special settings needed?

I'll start soon.

Hi Dick,
1. I can't remember any limitations for the trial. Test it and see.
2. Yes, RED will make emails for both Confirmation and Notification.
3. No, When using RED with the Form builder you'll be bringing the Email template into the form Builder. The Email Themes should have be saved with different names.
4. Yes, S-Drive will process everything if your form is hosted on there. Nothing to do but set back and wait for the emails to roll in.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Wow! Quick and good response as usual!
RED is working good during my first trials. 99% ready to buy.

I am NOT using S-Drive for anything that I know of. I have been with GoDaddy for years. However, RED asks for my regular CC account and password. Do I need to change any settings?
I get my logo image in emails from my website on GoDaddy.

I did note that some emails of mine get sent to my Gmail AGAIN long after the original. Is that some type of campaign? Don't want that yet.

Thanks.

Yes, RED still requires you to have your CC login credentials entered to setup. Since your using GoDaddy you'll have to upload the images to the host. You'll be able to enter the locations for those when you make your RED email. The trial logo can be removed once you purchase.

I am purchasing!! Super product!

My logos and everything else are already on GoDaddy and I set RED urls to access them.

Still might have this question: I did note that some emails of mine get sent to my Gmail AGAIN long after the original. Is that some type of campaign? Don't want emails sent more than once to my customers.
I'll see what happens after my purchase.

I will post my site next week, including WFB and the RED stuff.

Thanks.

Is the email getting sent more than once to the person filling out the form or to the notification email or both?

I purchased RED!!
Still in a "testing" state for me; I have not had a real customer use new forms yet.

I wanted to answer your question. Looks as if Notification was sent to Me as Owner Email: A) at 11 in morning and Confirmation was sent to Customer (actually one of my emails Email: B) at 7 at night.
I will try again today and let you know.

I want all Notification and Confirmation emails from one Customer's interaction with one WFB sent at same time.

Anyway to check settings anywhere to see if some type of "campaign" is set?
I use Gmail for my testing.

Thanks.

Emails at different times for the same form submission is a host issue. Either on the sender side and or the receiver side.

I think it's all solved or soon will be.
I have 11 WFB forms and associated REDs. Once I configure each WFB email settings and each RED settings, all the same I will be OK.

Thanks for your help.
