You have your image now set as a Placeholder and you put the URL to your image in the Link box. You need to change that to Online Image and then put the URL http://www.studioenergy.co.uk/red/Musical%20Notes.jpg into the box below that.

Hi

I've been trying that all day but, when I do, the placeholder rectangle changes to a coffeecup logo. When I try to paste the correct link into the field below, as suggested, it dowsn't work.
Please see video at - http://www.studioenergy.co.uk/red/index.html

Thanks

Then you are probably not doing it correctly. It does work. ;)

Delete the existing url and then right-click and paste. You can also even type the URL if you like.

Here is your fixed file.

Thanks for the file - your fix fixed it.

Although, I really was doing as suggested - right clicking and pasting etc

Each time I tried though, the field disappeared or altered the placeholder to a CC logo.

I'm using the personal version - not the business version. Maybe it's that.
Cheers anyway.

I think I've worked out the issue.

Whenever I tried to paste the url into the second field, it disappeared and made the top field revert to 'placeholder'.

So, my solution is to not delete all the url link from the second field. Delete it all except for the first letter. Then paste in the necessary image url, and remove the first letter we left in to keep the field alive.

It's now working for me.

Thanks for your patience.
