Good Afternoon All,
I am building a custom (themed) notifications email for my client.

However...

When I use Form_Results, I get that ugly First Name | Last Name thing...
Not what is wanted. When a customer fills out the form on the website there are 4 fields, 1 of those fields are optional.

Full Name | Email | Phone Number (optional) | Message

Is there a way I can avoid 'Form Results' and instead use variables: eg: {{Name}} {{Email}}? If I can keep using those variables, would {{Phone}} {{Message}} work or would I need to use something else?

Please let me know,
Thank you.

Update...

These are the 'names' of my fields...

required_name
required_email
optional_phone
required_message

To get the variables to work, should I: {{required_name}}?

Please let me know...

Thank you,
