Hello,

Am using RED Mailer.

RED works great and we are able to get the expected email designs in gmail, outlook.com, outlook 2013 desktop client, etc.

But in OWA, the design goes extremely bad with Google Chrome and still bad when using IE11. Pls refer the attached image.

Any ideas, tips to overcome this will be much helpful.

Thanks,
Muthu

Hey Muthu,

Can you post some screenshots of what you are seeing and possibly your RED project file so that we can look over your settings? Also, when you are accessing OWA with Chrome, what version of Chrome are you using?

Hello Swedorski,

Thanks for the reply.

The Chrome version is 41.0.2272.101 m.

Couldn't attach the screenshot and the .red file as they are more than 100k and not supported in the reply. Can I have your email to post them?

Thanks.

Just zip the files up and upload them to your server and post a link. We can then get them from there.
