My first RED!
My main decision maker, in another state, gets garbled text when he opens this file. I previously had a problem with columns overlapping, but fixed that and EVERYBODY else testing (Outlook, Gmail, Android, Explorer) sees a good rendition. He's running window8.1 on a laptop with Mozilla Thunderbird client.

Thoughts?

For some reason, I can't attach my RED file. Results in error.
