Ah yeh, but say there was a new post in a thread under Html Editor there used to be a " new post" link beside the thread title :)

The New Posts link is on the left in the Forum Tools. We could add it to another location to make it easier. Any suggestions as to the best location that would make it easier for everyone here?

I don't think I was clear in my explanation :) When there was a new post in a specific thread there used to be a new post link that jumped to the first unread post in that thread :)

Scott, he means in the Forum list itself not the list of threads or the menu on the left. When you loaded up the Forums to the list of forums, if there were any new posts in any of the forums a red [new post] type link would be in that forums section that you could click that link and it would take you directly to the newest post in that forum. Like so:

Missing the breadcrumb thread path link at the bottom of a post too. Used to be able to look at that to see what forum you were in for people like me that just click the new posts link. This way I don't have to scroll up to the top of the post every time to see what program the post is pertaining to since we all know that many times a post may "look" like it pertains to one program when in reality it's a totally different one lol. Was in the old forums so hopefully that crumb can be added to these :)

I too would like to see a Show New Posts link at the bottom of the threads as well so we don't have to constantly scroll up for that. Wanted that in the old ones for that matter lol. Hmm is there a way to maybe make that left hand menu scroll with the page? That would be an awesome thing! :P

Breadcrumbs are now at the bottom as well.

If you refresh the page, the left hand side now scrolls with the page. Does that help?

Great idea, Scott. I knew you guys would find some good use for all that empty space on the left... ;)
Seriously, though, that is a significant improvement! Thank you!

I can't say that I like the new style. I find it very hard to read. I do not like the bright white background the text has to much bolder to be legible. I know everyone has their own views but I can't find much to like
