I haven't even downloaded any version yet and have seen several updates go by.:lol:
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

That special is long since expired. Also that discount only applied to registered users of the Lockbox. If you received the software for free (which you had), you are not entitled to the upgrade prices.

Sorry Scott,
I did pay for the software. It is a registered version (see order #17012332). Thought that I would be entitled to what everone else was. :(

Look again at that order and you will see a $0.00 charge for Lockbox. This is because in 2007 we gave the software to you as a promotional item. In 2009 we updated Lockbox and sold it separately. To receive the upgrade price you actually needed to purchase it. Promotional giveaways do not qualify.

Your last order was also in 2007, so show some love back our way now for so many years of free upgrades. ;)
