You're quite welcome Jo,

I am not sure what that scriptaculous script is about, I haven't done any googles on it, but I'm pretty sure that was your culprit. Make sure the rest of your site functions as it should and looks like it should too before you go any further just to make sure there wasn't something in those commented out scripts that was needed, but I don't think it is. I just don't know what it's for is all.
