Just installed v15.3 when I load a page from v15.1 getting message mark up data folder does not exist c:\users\Dave\Appearance\Roaming\Coffee Cup Software \Coffee Cup Html Editor\Markup\HTML4.01. Tried another install but same error displays help please regards Dave

Thanks for directing to the solution.
However when I reach step4
I cannot see the location users\Dave\App data etc

You will have to turn on hidden files and folders in order to access this file. Here's how:

Windows 10/8/7/Vista
Open your My Computer folder. Select Organize > Folder and Search Options > View tab. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. It's also a good idea to uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types.
