Not a problem. I need a program which converts character map characters to "& code," so that it can be read by all browsers. Do you have any suggestions? I have used the tedious method of writing the phrases or words in Windows Character Map, copying them to MSWORD, and saving the file as an HTML, opening it in the CC editor, finding the code, copying it to the file I'm actually working on.

If you're using the HTML Editor, look on the tabbed menu area on the left side and you'll see a tab called Characters. That tab has a ton of the different characters that would be used and all you need to do is put the cursor where you want it and double click the character on the list and it inputs it for you
