I would login to the c-panel if you can and look at the files directly on the host to figure out where the got published to. This should help you get your ftp settings on the right path.

Yeah check your remote settings, most likely you don't have the default root directory setting in there such as:
/public_html/
which will bring it up to the actual domain root instead of your server root. Might not be the issue, but that's usually been the culprit for me if I couldn't find the files I uploaded

where is the C panel CC Or Host Dotster?
It would be Host Dotster if that's where your site is. CC doesn't have a C-panel.

found root in control panel it goes to( phoenixfarm.com - redirect) Then public_html

if the host uses the public_html as their root domain server then just go to the remote area of the Server setup in your project and enter it as:
/public_html/
That should get it to upload to your actual site domain and not the server root.
