Hello Scott,

I am excited about the new features and am looking forward to using them when they are available..one feature I would like to ask about is will there be a feature to "copy" repeat content to all pages of a website? ex. have a website with 2000 pages and I need to add a Google ad word box to all pages...will there be a feature to do so with out having to add the Google ad box to each page individually.

Sincerely,
Daryl J.

Switching to Website Projects is like switching to a new toothpaste — it takes a bit to get used to, but after awhile you wouldn't dream of using anything else. To help make the transition process smoother, we put together a document that gives step-by-step instructions for how to use the My Websites tool and put it right in the HTML Editor. Just go to My Websites > All Website Projects > What is a Website Project. Not only does it explain how Website Projects work, it actually is a Website Project, so you can poke around and explore the structure for yourself.

I uninstalled my old version(thankfully I backed the whole thing up on an external drive); I uploaded the link you gave me above and something is wrong.

The yellow line across the top indicates it is a trial version even though I am a registered owner. The "All Website Projects brings up a blank square...No What is a Website Project and none of my existing projects.

Also, when I go to open an existing project from before this upload, it has the name but non of the files. Do I have to transfer all the files that I backed up into this new version or what?

Judy

I located them by searching in the CoffeeCup Software located on the "C" drive. Scroll down to the Working folder and you will find them. :D

Excellent stuff.

This editor is turning into a serious professional editor with all the validation and web standards starting to get built in.

Did you know your templates included which are xhtml strict do not validate?

Apparently blockquotes fail unless nested in p or div tags.

Well done, as ever!

I'm using Coffeecup's html editor for an uncountable numbers of versions now. Many tried to persuade me some, even forced me to try other editors, but the results of my work constantly convinced all of them and I really like to work with "coffee and cup" and, seeing the fantastic innovations you announce, I'm sure to enjoy it even more;-)

Stay on your way!

Greetings from Bochum

Thanks J Cornelius for your quick reply.
I think I have tried background="fixed"
and I think it worked with IE and not Mozilla FF.
