Ok I found the other post that told about this, and I was wrong on the location so try here:

C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\Snippets

See if the Snippets folder is still there and copy that to here:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\Snippets
