Sometimes I get in a mode where I have made changes but have trouble uploading to the server. I usually use Ctrl-s but sometimes opens the uploading box but the file does not upload.

I have seen a few glitches but it maybe the connection quality because it doesn't happen all the time. How often does your problem occur?
