how do I save as a jpg as you did above,for the screen shot?

if you take a screen shot then open Paint (should be in your Accessories directory of your Program Files menu when you go in your Start button area of Windows.

Just hit ctrl + v and that will paste the screen shot into the Paint Program. Go to the File menu at the top left and choose Save As... then look in the pulldown menus of the save box for the selection that includes the jpg jpeg etc. and choose that.

thanks for your help, I am trying to save entire page as jpg but when I hit ctrl +
v it just makes copys of photos in editor,even with paintshop open,it will not paste in paint shop,

Paint Shop doesn't have that ability to paste directly from your memory without having a page already setup to copy it to. Try using Microsoft's Paint instead, the one that comes with Windows that I mentioned above. That one has a context sensitive setup that will paste it right into it without first setting up a window for it.

To take a screenshot, if using Vista/Windows 7 type snippingtool into the run dialog and hit enter, draw the area you want to capture with your mouse and the result is pasted into the utility for you to save as a png or similar. If using XP, hit the Print Screen button (usually top-right of your keyboard) then open MS Paint or other graphics software and 'paste' into it (Ctrl+V). The edit it and save as a jpg for small file size.

Various graphics programs/viewers may have screen capture capability as well though for simple stuff snippingtool in Vista/Windows 7 works very well.
