you can use them, what format are the graphics in? I use .gif and .png and both show the transparency if it's transparent. Check to make sure the graphic is truly transparent. Got a link?

Hello Steve,

Can you attach the exact PNG files you're trying to add to the HTML Editor? I'll test them from here to see what could be causing the problem.

I didn't have any problems adding these transparent PNG files into the HTML Editor (see the attached screenshot). Are you using the Visual Editor or Code Editor tab? Maybe there's something else in the HTML code that's causing this. Can you attach that as well?

Hiya Steve,

Off hand I would first suggest you make sure your "src" paths are not pointing to specific files on your computer rather than relative paths. Not sure why it would have added those that way unless you did that manually yourself maybe? dunno, but you'll need to be sure that's corrected or your page won't display anything that is pointing to your computer as the path.

Now whether that has anything to do with them not showing transparent I dunno.

Everything within the code looks fine to me. Since you're using the Visual Editor tab, the src paths will always reference the full location on the hard drive. That's the only way for the parser to tell where the files are stored so they can be displayed by the Editor. Send us a screenshot of exactly what you do see in the Visual Editor tab and I'll test this again.
