Scott,
As usual you and the rest of the Coffee Cup Team have done a wonderful job! Downloaded HTML Editor and love it!! Besides having great support, listening to what user's want, Coffee Cup actually finds away to improve on itself with each new build.
Kudos!!! Thank you so much for the hard work and remember what customer service really is!

Just wanted to say that I've downloaded the new version, had no issues getting it downloaded and I absolutely love the changes you have made.

Use to use a now discontinued html editor, but CC does a far and away better job than that ever did anyway. The whole once you have purchased it you get free updates for life is a great step.

Kudos to good software.

Hi Folks,

Feel I am being really stupid but cannot find any documentation about installing the HTML editor 2009, backwards compatibility or system requirements. Have searched around but cannot find. If anyone can help point me in the right direction please do.

Am using HTML Editor 2007 with DHTML under Windows XP Service Pack 3

Hi Scott,

Thankyou for your prompt reply.

Feel uncomfortable that there is no documentation. However looking at the threads it would appear that I backup my workfiles, uninstall HTML editor 2007, install HTML editor 2009 from your download site, reporting any problems and move my work files back in and that is as simple as that. No problems have been highlighted about DHTML.

:)

As long as the editor is closed, you can install the software right over the old version. We only suggest you uninstall first just to make sure there are no conflicts. Backing up your data is always a good idea first.

Not sure If I will use it a whole lot, I don't know that much HTML. But I couldn't pass up the discounted price - Thanks!

Officially, all of our software is supported under Windows 7, XP, and Vista 32-bit. However, many of our users are able to use the software with Windows 64-bit running in Windows XP Compatibility Mode. Follow these steps to set this up:

1. Right-click the program .exe file and select Properties .
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Select the Run this program in compatibility mode for checkbox and select Windows XP .
4. Click OK .

If you haven't purchased the software yet, we suggest downloading the trial version of the software to make sure it works as expected.
