I have tried to find this in the FAQs. I just want to save a snippet. There is an answer to this in the faqs but I don't know what software they are talking about because the way they say to do it simply doesn't work. It says to go under "files" open new and there will be a pop up where I can choose snippets. This does not happen. There are four choices for new and none of them lead to a popup. I tried manually going in and just saving it under coffeecup software, saving it as a snippet but it never shows up in the file. This really ought to be easy.

Mystify you may wish to change your email to a nickname since this is an open forum, and open forums seem to attract spammers.

Mystify Hello,
The snippets is located in the Html Editor program.
I made this quick visual for you to see how to save a code as a snippet, you could also use notepad also if you do not have this program. Or you may download the free trial.
