Graphics all under 100kb or as small as possible with the needed quality.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

To bulk upload. Archive the images and load as a zip file, extract online. You could try a program I created but no help file or installer yet. Still a job to do.

Matt, not sure which site it is you want to rework, but you should actually rework the html and css files. They both contain a lot of stuff that you needed for some site but not for the next one. It is only confusing when you have a lot of redundant code in those files, and it doesn't help the loading speed either.

You should be able to do it in Corel.:)

Eric, what's another term for re-sizing an image to get it to lower megabytes? I'm researching on google and all I can pull up is how to resize dimensions..

Matt, it's called re-sizing when you make an image smaller (or larger, but I wouldn't do that). But what you also can do is changing the resolution. If you have a high quality camera, it maybe is set to take 300ppi images, which is needed for printing. But for the web 72ppi is good enough. You can also adjust the colour depth (number of colours) to less. That will to some extent reduce the quality of the image, but if you don't do it too much, it won't be noticable.

Also, when you have large images, like the one you are testing on that website now, always save them as .jpg. That makes smaller files. And you don't need that dark part at the bottom of your image. Set the body background colour to black, and it will display below the image.
