When I try to save a document the programme freezes on me and the section where i have inserted an image flashes at me. When this is happening I am unable to do anything at all except exit the programme, at which point I get the following error message 'access violation at address ........ in module 'coffee.exe'. read of address 00000220'
This is all new to me and I really dont understand what I have done wrong......help!

Are you using the most current version of the program? If not please upgrade so you can be sure it's not something that is some quirk from an older version.

If you are using the current version, please open a support ticket so the CC team can help you with this as this isn't something the users here on the forums can help with when it comes to errors in the program.
